I. Love. Avocados.
Not only do they make a tasty addition to pretty much any meal but they’re also filled with healthy fats. Recently, I’ve started eating them as a snack on their own! Here is my favorite (and very simple) way to enjoy them!
Start by cutting your avocado in half and putting away the half you’re going to save for later. I always eat the side without the pit first. Then simply fill the hole with some sunflower seeds and drizzle with honey! Yum!
